Owners Steve and Nuray Ozcelik, both of whom are European-born, opened their store in 2006 with quality fresh food in mind. Steve, a renowned chef with a lifetime of experience cooks all of the prepared foods daily offering an eclectic offering of various ethnic meal options for the diverse community of the 5 colleges in mind. From the freshly prepared breads with gluten free options, prepared meals for lunch and dinner, local produce and meats or the ever popular ice cream that allows for a scenic stop right beside the Norwottuck Rail Trail, Maple Farm Foods is committed to providing the local community with inspiring, fresh food to make every day eating extraordinary.
